Thank you to those affected for your patience. The domain updates have come through and everyone should be able to access our service as usual.
If you are still experiencing problems accessing Real Training or Campus Online please try the following:
- If you have installed the LiveHosts extension, uninstall that from your browser
- Close any internet browsers you have in your computer
- On Windows:
- click Start
- Type in the following then press Enter:
ipconfig /flushdns
- On Mac:
- Open LaunchPad and type Terminal
- Enter the following at the command line:
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder - Press return, enter your password, and press return again.
When you re-open your internet browser, the site should appear.
If you still cannot see Campus Online try the following:
- Open your web browser in private mode
- Restart your computer
