If so, Real Group has an exciting opportunity for an additional Senior Instructional Designer to join our team! We are a dynamic organisation with an established reputation for providing training for education-sector staff, alongside SEN consultancy and direct psychological services. We proudly integrate psychology, technology and education when developing and delivering training for teachers within the UK and internationally. About the role

As Senior Instructional Designer, you will be instrumental in developing engaging new courses, reviewing and improving existing courses, and contributing to the strategy and development of the learning design department. You will collaborate closely with the learning design team and subject matter experts to ensure the continual improvement of the delegate learning experience. You will also manage project scheduling and resource capacity for the team to support the successful development and launch of new courses, modules and apprenticeships. You will also be part of a team that is actively working to learn to integrate and automate AI tools within the roles of the learning designer, including:

Your Background / Previous Roles May Include:

Location

Canterbury, Greenwich, Staines and Stevenage offices although given the specialist skillset required, we are open to applications from skilled, experienced instructional designers who would like to work remotely in the UK with a willingness to travel to a monthly meeting in one of our offices.

Salary range

For 22.5 hours per week = £27,000 – £33,000 (dependent on experience) which represents 0.6FTE for the full-time salary range £45,000 – £55,000
