Real Training to enter the leadership space

We’re pleased to announce that, following a recent tender process from the Department for Education, Real Training’s submission to be accredited to run National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) has been approved. This is subject to final approval of contracts, so we’re not able to start taking bookings yet. However, if that process is finalised, we will be offering NPQs for the education sector at three levels:

• NPQH – National Professional Qualification for Headteachers, aimed at current and aspiring headteachers.
• NPQSL – National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders, aimed at current or aspiring members of the senior leadership team.
• NPQML – National Professional Qualification for Middle Leaders, aimed everyone from newly-qualified to experienced teachers looking to make the step up into leadership.

These courses are being designed and developed in partnership with schools with outstanding or good Ofsted ratings, and informed using our psychology-led, practice-based learning approach.
