Bespoke Training event for Hillingdon LEA
A 4-day bespoke training event will be held for Hillingdon LEA from 12th – 15th January 2009. This will enable a group of teachers to gain the BPS Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (Level A) and will build capacity within their schools.
The training is delivered by Real Training, part of Real Group (UK) Ltd, which offers bespoke service to local authorities, central teaching services and groups of schools in delivering training for professional assessment.
The CCET (Level A) together with the AAC extension enables professionals working within an educational setting to develop competence and confidence in Educational Testing, makes them eligible to write Access Arrangement Reports, allows to upgrade ATS-Level SpLD qualifications to an SpLD Practising Certificate and successful participants can register on the BPS (British Psychological Society) Register of Competence in Educational Testing. Furthermore, participants can opt to enrol with Edge Hill University for transferrable credits at Masters or Undergraduate Level.
